By accessing or using NodeCoreX's platform, website, and related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Description of Services

NodeCoreX provides a platform for deploying and managing advertising-related nodes (e.g., cloud nodes, hardware nodes, community nodes), viewing analytics, and receiving revenue share or payouts according to the plan you select. Service availability, features, and payout rates may change with notice where permitted. We do not guarantee specific earnings or uptime.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Use the Services for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any non-public data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or any third-party systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to abuse or circumvent our policies or technical limitations.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons we deem necessary to protect the Services or others.

5. Fees, Payments, and Payouts

Fees for node deployment (e.g., cloud node, hardware node, community slot) are as displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use or earnings. Payouts are processed according to our current policies (e.g., minimum thresholds, supported methods). We reserve the right to withhold or delay payouts in case of suspected fraud, dispute, or violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

NodeCoreX and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our technology except as expressly permitted.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or specific revenue outcomes. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeCoreX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred US dollars if greater).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NodeCoreX and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or other reasons we communicate to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; we may retain and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NodeCoreX operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction, as specified in our dispute resolution policy or as required by law.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NodeCoreX regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
